Looking for vital items? |
The NJROTC Nationals remain the most comprehensive test of overall JROTC training and performance in existence today. This year, many of the nation's finest NJROTC units from each of the eleven Navy Areas will make themselves a part of this exciting, two-day academic, athletic and drill competition. No competition in the world of JROTC provides a better test of all-around program quality and esprit-de-corps than the "Navy Nationals". All Navy units are eligible to attend this event. Schools selected to attend are nominated and confirmed through their Navy Area Managers, usually based on top finishes at Area Level competitions with similar rules and guidelines or possibly strong programs with a hunger to compete against the best. It is our hope that all Navy JROTC schools looking to compete among the best schools in the Nation will make themselves a part of the upcoming "Navy Nationals" qualifying competition in their area. The countless hours of practice and preparation are all worth it when the schools put it on the line competing with many of the finest NJROTC units each April. Attending the "Navy Nationals" is something the cadets & instructors will not soon forget!
Also, to increase information available and response time for the attending schools, all vital paperwork necessary to attend the event will be posted on this website under the PAPERWORK HQ link. Streamlining the event and posting all needed documents to the website rather than utilizing the slow and expensive process of land mail should give all interested schools the ability to react quicker, as well as better plan & prepare to attend this world-class event. (NOTE: Schools even considering attendance at the event may wish to download many of the documents to get a running start in understanding, completing and returning these papers where required to Event Manager Sports Network International). Teams should also consider linking the Navy Nationals Facebook Page to their own program. Many topical posts and event pictures are often shared. "This is something your cadets will talk about for decades!"
The annual support from the Navy League of the United States helps to ensure this event continues to receive first-rate recognition. Their support and sponsorship of this event is deep as is highlighted not only by their many dignitaries attending the awards ceremony, but by their purchase of the beautiful trophies and awards that are a part of this elite competition. Their support helps to make the entire weekend atmosphere first-rate. We are privileged to have this historic military association as a featured part of the Navy Nationals competition. Sports Network International (SNI) remains proud of our association with this fantastic event. The cadets who have attended over the years are among the finest young people in this great country! It is our hope and goal every year to provide these fine Navy JROTC men and women with an event they can be very proud of. Every year, the event becomes even more competitive as an outstanding test of excellence within the NJROTC community. NJROTC HQ, Area Managers and Sports Network International work together to ensure the event remains the finest Navy-only competition ever assembled.
Along with the Navy Nationals, SNI provides JROTC competitions and related training items for many young men and women across the country. These events include the Army JROTC National Drill Championships, the Army JROTC National championships; the Air Force National JROTC Drill Championships, an Air Force JROTC National competition; as well as the all-service National High School Drill Team Championships held annually in Daytona Beach, Florida. We remain honored to be associated with all of these events and consider ourselves fortunate to see the future leaders of our nation up-close at these events every year. SNI would like to thank the many schools that had such a fantastic time at the most recently completed Navy National Championships. Here's wishing all units another successful and safe school year! Sincerely, ![]()
