We at the NYFC like solid football organizations. Always have. They make our event the special gathering it has become for almost 50 years. With that, we often have teams attend with larger player numbers. We also understand how much harder it is for coaches and trip managers to bring the larger football groups with more organization and paperwork. Higher costs for travel, meals, and hotels, etc.. Having a program attend with a squad of 18 players or more on the roster is a benchmark that we respect and have found a way to honor your work and assist you in this effort.

Therefore, SNI has worked out an agreement with ALL of the NYFC Vendors and Supporters to give back a portion of their revenue to the larger roster teams attending the NYFC. They want to help!
To qualify for this offer IS SIMPLE. If your football team stays at one of the contracted NYFC hotels with a minimum of 7 rooms for 4 nights during the event and maintains 18 paid, rostered, "factor" players (those within two years of your OLDEST player), on arrival at the weigh-ins in Las Vegas, you qualify! SNI will REFUND your team after the event once we receive the FINAL hotel confirmations!. This REFUND (up to $50 per person or $250 total!) applies to UP TO FIVE sideline personnel to include Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Trip Managers or any other adult sideline personnel already prepaid and on your roster. In this way, the teams that support the NYFC with the most expensive, larger groups get a bit of help back from the vendors and supporters of the NYFC!
All teams will collect funds and submit payment for all attendees - players and coaches as always! You will SEE this designation on your MyTeam website after your roster has been inputted by you and verified by SNI prior to the event. Use this money for a big pizza party, entertainment, a scholarship for needy players on your team, give it back to your coaches OR something special for the kids - whatever works BEST for your coaches and your team!
This Free Coaches offer is not valid for teams attending through any other discounted or "local" package plan(s). It is not transferable to other teams nor to player packages for teams with fewer than five coaches. This refund will be mailed to the Trip Manager within 7-10 days after the event once we receive the FINAL hotel confirmations and verify your group stayed through the NYFC hotel with the minimum room requirement! CONGRATULATIONS! YOU DESERVE IT!
We know how hard it can be at times to bring your more of your roster. While there is no minimum play rule in effect at the NYFC, this will help you have that last season memory for MORE KIDS!
