Schools may call SNI and order their trophies via telephone or email/mail and pay after (information found below). Ordering in these methods will still require the download and completion of the Eagle Trophy Order Form.
You may then email or land mail the completed order form. Upon receipt by SNI, we will contact you to ensure you know we have received your order and that it is in process. Accepted receipt of payment will be submitted prior to shipping. This can be via credit card, school or booster club check, or a valid government purchase order.
The trophies listed are often maintained in stock and your order will likely ship within 3-5 business days, unless we are hand delivering them to you at an event. Tell us when your function will be held and we can meet most any deadline - we aim to assist your excellence!
SPECIAL NOTE: REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD SELECTED, TROPHY AND AWARD PURCHASERS SHOULD CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FORM THEY DOWNLOAD AND SUBMIT TO ENSURE ALL PLATES ARE COMPLETED CORRECTLY. THIS NOT ONLY PERTAINS TO SPELLING AND CONTENT, BUT THE LIMITATION ON CHARACTERS PER LINE ON EACH TYPE OF TROPHY AVAILABLE! TYPING and ATTACHING a separate order form for each trophy purchsed can help eliminate confusion and misspellings.
