Event Costs Overview
There are two costs associated with attending the US Air Force JROTC National Drill Championships. These fees ensure a memorable and well-organized competition with cherished momentos for every participant.
School Registration Fee
Per School
This one-time registration fee applies whether you're bringing one team or two teams to the championship.
Single flat rate per school

Per Participant
Required for all cadets. Optional for instructors who wish to receive the package items.
Hotel Accommodations
Schools competing in the Air Force Nationals event must arrange their own hotel rooms. We have a special contracted rate with our Headquarters Hotel as detailed below, but schools are free to explore any number of hotels in the area that best suit their teams' needs.
DoubleTree by Hilton Dayton Fairborn
We've secured a limited block of rooms at a special $149 per room, per night rate exclusively for participating schools! Conveniently located directly across the street from the Nutter Center, the DoubleTree by Hilton makes competition morning easy. Teams can fuel up with a complimentary hot breakfast buffet before making the quick three-minute trip to the arena to get in on the drill action.
