While the historical date of the event remains in early November, SNI can no longer post or even plan for future dates until the raider universe shakes out together. Being a team player means knowing your role and SNI works well with several Raider events across the nation and especially in the southeast.

The U.S. Army Cadet Command in Ft. Knox, Kentucky currently hosts a large Raider event now in mid-later October so our event is always out of their way. The U.S. Army Brigade enveloping the Mecca of Raider excellence across Georgia and north Florida has moved their date a great deal over the past several years . When we get their date, that clears up the Raider landscape for SNI to select the date for the following year.

And of course, we would NOT hold the event during the Veterans Day timeframe as we know many schools have local plans for honoring the veterans during that weekend. We TRY to keep the event out of Ocvtober whenever possible as well.

This flexibility in date selection generally means SNI must wait until these prominent events select their date, and we work around this. We try to not select a conflicting date which would cause many talented schools to have to miss one of these fine event. Not a good scenario.
