Welcome to all Raider JROTC Cadets, Instructors & Parents: WHAT AN INCREDIBLE WEEKEND!
The National Raider Challenge Championships HAVE BEEN A TREMENDOUS SUCCESS and the competition field is UNPARALLELED IN THE GROWING RAIDER UNIVERSE! The event is actually over-filled at this point due to a registration SNAFU and we just didn't have the heart to turn them away! Schools from nine states including several state champions will be attending the upcoming Raider Nationals event! The event looks to be the most competitive and exciting ever and frankly, we can't wait to get things going!
The National Raider Challenge Championships have quickly grown to become the finest National Raider competition held in the country, annually attracting many of the finest male, female and mixed raider teams from schools near and far. Amazing performances are always on display and cadets always come well prepared to show their stuff! Teams from OVER A DOZEN STATES with a high concentrtaion from talent-rich Georgia annually make for a day of tight scores and exciting finishes. Clear, crisp weather generally gives parents and instructors the type of spectating weather they could only dream of and the coolness makes for a safer competition! Full scoring reports from each event are always posted on-line immediately after the event along with hundreds of event photos. While the Raider Nationals maintains an Army-centric event surrounding, with both Air Force and Marine schools annually attending the competition in greater numbers each year. The competition site is first rate and no other Raider competitions of any kind use this facility so the courses are new to all when they compete here. We fully expect the upcoming "Raider Nationals" to build on the great success of the recently competed events to again be the finest all-service, National competition of it's kind held anywhere in the world! THE DATE & LOCATION IS SET AND HISTORY WILL BE MADE! The upcoming National Raider Challenge Championships are ready for teams from across the United States to compete. Last year, scores of Raider JROTC teams attended this event, making it one of the largest competitions of it's type in existence today. Teams from New York, Missouri, Texas and others have already called to get information on attending this year and we fully expect the upcoming "Raider Nationals" to be the biggest and finest competition of it's kind held anywhere in the world!
Sponsored and supported for years by the Georgia Army National Guard, these hard charging individuals provide logistical support both in advance of the event and during the day of the competition. They also provide the financial support that allows the FINEST trophies to be awarded in the world of Raider Competition! Without their leadership and dedication to the all-service young cadets who make themselves a part of the "JROTC RAIDER NATION", this event would not be possible!
We are honored to be welcomed by such professional and outstanding people at this first-class venue! They are looking very forward to hosting the type of high caliber individuals that Raider attracts. Winder Barrow High School Army JROTC has partnered with National Event Manager Sports Network International, Inc. of Daytona Beach, Florida to assist in the event set-up and other local event details. Additionally, several individuals with decadets of Raider experience plan to be heavily involved to ensure all rules and regulations are followed to the letter. We look forward to working with this an even closer relationship between our two entities in the future. This partnership will help to make the event larger and even more special in the future.
SNI would like to thank the many schools that have expressed an interest in the "Raider Nationals". The competition looks to be very strong with dozens of amazingly talented schools and scores of new raider teams looking to make history at this event. It should be another amazing experience.
